Running between NewActon East and NewActon Pavilion, our grassy Green Spine is anchored by The Oak Tree in the paved Eastern Courtyard, vital and verdant with music, events and lush greenery.
The serene, gently-stepped design of Kendall Lane feeds into John Avery Gardens, a community-run veggie garden and while puns don’t grow on trees, your dinner might, so take your pick.
Take a look too at the other growers’ patches: there’s one next to Močan & Green Grout and another set within the natives at the Western Courtyard, with plenty of seating to nibble on some parsley and watch the NewActon world go by.

NewActon. One word, one fine place to live, work and just be. We took the rulebook, looked up classic principles of excellence in architecture and urban design, ripped out the pages that prescribe same-same and characterless, and added a chapter entitled, “How to create a truly innovative cultural precinct that shifts the status quo, and be awarded multiple times for doing so.” And then we scribbled our name on the title page in crayon.
